2up2down

back where at the local Walgreens instead of running into members or Outkast or federal agents arresting T.I. and car full of guns, you run into random people you went to high school with who’s name escapes you.

back to where Waffle House’s on every corner have been replaced with 7-11s.

back where lambourginis and ferraris roam the streets to a place full of jeeps with surf racks and volcom stickers.

from GA to VA. for an extended holiday break. so if you’re in the 757 hit me up. I have nothing to do.
Don’t worry 404, I’ll be back . . . .

October 17, 2007

I’ve been compiling some of the more interesting things people have Googled to get to this site. Some make sense, some not so much.

peace up a-town down (this was searched A LOT)
portfolio center flipbook
dirty words book portfolio center
holy hands design
angie y peac (via La Web in Spanish!)
dirty flipbook
big shit poppin lil shit stoppin
i dreamed with a sneak in my dream
koala bellow
lil john neva eva eva eva eva trillville
I’m done with Angie (whoa whoa what did I do!)
“now you thought i was just 770 and 404″
white ram dreams
how to get curly hair like keyshia cole (can’t help you there)
cake intership (i don’t know what that is, but I want it)

and the best:
DO YOU LIKE POPSICLES DAVE CHAPELLE (in caps and misspelled)

so basically it was a bunch of portfolio center students googling anne’s projects and music fans looking for rap lyrics. glad I could help.

I’m done.

Portfolio is done. Internship is done. Sleep deprivation is done (for the most part).
Now the real fun starts I suppose. The job hunt! Anne says its supposed to be fun, so I’ve got to keep that outlook, cuz my initial thoughts are that job hunts are stressful and scary. I do actually have a few touch ups to do with handhelds, and perhaps a few more projects I want to put in my book. I also should probably brand myself somehow so I have something to hand out to potential employers at the Portfolio Review. Hooray NYC !

But for now I feel a big “Now What?” bubble over my head. Hopefully that question will be answered fairly soon.
