2008. Happy New Year ya’ll. Back in VB frustrated but catching up on all the seasons of The Wire. I’m hoping this time in VA is limited. NYC is the ultimate goal. I’ll get there, just taking a quick stop first. I had a wonderful Christmas/New Years Break catching up with family and friends and dancing! Now its resolution time and along with the normal exercise more, update the blog more often, etc. I’m going to try to be more proactive. Taking the initiative and getting things done. I find I put off things or procrastinate and I know it just gets me in trouble, so hopefully taking little steps to being more proactive will also help me in my pursuit of timeliness.
I’ve checked out the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and the first thing mentioned is being proactive so I knew I was on the right track with my resolution. Getting a job is scary. Moving is scary. But I’m ready. I want to be in New York by years end. That is the ultimate goal of 2008. What is everyone else planning on?

My resolution is to keep up with my correspondence. How are you doing?
Happy New Year!
I like your resolutions. Moving isn’t scary. THINKING about moving is scary. I’ve done it twice in 2 months now–to opposite ends of the U.S. Just jump in!
My resolutions include exercising regularly and learning to cook/eating better food (oh, and not moving again).

By years end I will have chemical-free hair, hopefully I’ll be a graduate (of the Circus *cough*), and I’ll be fine as all get out. And hopefully I’ll be making plans to move to Chicago.

Budnik! - I heard of your successes from Sar-Bear. Congrats! I’m so happy for you and have been amazed at all the moving you’ve been doing. I want to drive across country once and you’ve done it seemingly multiple times! Good Luck!
